Greenfield Developments

Buckton Surveyors and Planners have been involved in many greenfield developments, from vacant sections of land to the completion of comprehensive subdivisions. Buckton Surveyors and Planners were engaged in land surveying services for this 28-lot subdivision on the northern edge of Warkworth’s Single House Zone.

 

Our surveyors and planners were involved in providing base data used in the design of key project elements, construction set-out, the Land Transfer subdivision survey (placing legal boundary pegs), the construction as-built survey, and producing final documentation. We also liaised with Council, contractors, and other consultants to ensure the land development was completed, final Council signoffs could be obtained, and titles issued.
