As we stay up to date with the constant changes occurring at both the national and local government levels, and with our day-to-day interaction with planning authorities, we are able to provide sound advice to clients before proceeding with a subdivision or land use consent application, which will include an honest assessment of gaining the consent and the planning process of a subdivision required to achieve success.

We can talk you through the planning /resource consent timeline of a subdivision, coordinate other specialist input that may be required to support the application, and then deal with any follow-up questions from the Council in order to obtain consent in a timely manner.
